From $360K to $1.86M a year

In 2015 I bought a practice doing $360,000 a year. Working four days a week, about 29 hours of chair time, I grew it to $1.5 million in production while collecting $972 per exam against a national average near $295. Then I hired a part time associate and cut my own hours to 20 a week, and the practice went to $1.86 million on about 40 hours of total chair time. I sold it for eleven times what I paid, to the largest optometry company in the world, and I'm still in the chair about two days a week.

Two Guarantees

I ran this process on thousands of my own patients, so I'm not asking you to take anything on faith. Test the first two sessions on my dime. After that, your own practice software keeps the score.

1

Sessions one and two

The refund guarantee

Sit through the first two sessions and take the material with you. If you don't think it was worth what you paid, tell me and I'll refund every dollar that day. No questions and no forms.

2

The full ninety days

The production guarantee

Over the ninety days your practice will collect at least two times what you pay me in your production, or you don't pay. We lock your starting numbers in the first week, straight out of your own practice software, so there's nothing to argue about at the end. All I ask is that you and your doctors show up and run the plan.
